This book is outrageous because it's filled with so much detail and a bit of humour and it's filled with fantasy and imagination and it starts of talking about this boy named Milo who could never make up his mind.

The Phantom TollBooth is a wonderful, word play book. I especially loved this book because of all the fowling reasons. This imaginative, funny book hooks young readers to continue reading. It gets your imaginary vision work. It's packed with splendid jokes, puns and brain-teasers, this book makes you think in a way you can only think once. It's important to now the details of life.

This book is packed to the brim with witty ideas, and puns with deeper meanings when explored further. This book is a gateway, a gateway to a magical and imaginative world, from the eyes of a young boy, Milo. The ideas in this book are truly splendid, with quotes and puns, beautifully linked together in this story of nonsense, rhyme and riddle. One of the most witty puns, is when the young Milo and his travel companions Tock and the completely clueless Humbug, jump to Conclusions, literally! As they each guess what the road has ahead, without any proper facts to back up their ideas, each of them jump to the Island known as Conclusions! Witty pun, indeed! There are many more in this lovely book, known as the Phantom Tollbooth. Though, it is a pleasure to read and laugh as the puns begin, this book is not suited for all ages. No, no violence, but the puns are complicated at points, and kids of younger ages may not understand and not enjoy as thoroughly as one of an older age. 9 plus is a suitable age for children to read this brilliant book, I suggest not to push any child younger to read it, not just yet. This is suitable for adults too, for it has the imagination at points adults lack. This is for elderly's, as well. This book is for anyone who enjoys a magical, adventurous, witty, pun filled story that is sure to leave you gaping in awe.

I liked this book a lot. I think it is well writen and intriguing.. It is unlike anything else I have ever read, Because it was a bit crazy and there where a lot of made up words and phrases. I especially liked the use of opposites and puns. For example where Milo is driving down the road and sees the island conclusions. He thinks that it looks nice and "jumps" to conclusions. At first it can be difficult to understand and it may take a while, but as you get used to it it is easier. I recommend this book to any younger reader with a good imagination. It does pay to understand and know some british phrases and sayings. I really enjoyed this book and I hope you will share the same feelings when you have read it.

I give Artemis foul the book written by Eoin Cofler, 5 out of 5 stars, Artemis is a great book because very interesting but is has very complicated words I think this story is a mixture adventure and action story, I think this two points of view Artemis's and Holly short's. My favorite character is butler Artemis's assistant because he is buff and scary and he has so many cool gadgets those are my favorite character in serious stories you will love this story this story is unlike any story I know.

This book is a wonderful book written by Eoin Colfer filled with a lot of twist and turns. In this book there are two different worlds Fairy world and Mysterious Mr Artemis Fowl. I would rate this book 4 out of 5. This book has some tricky words which I would say would be good for 10 years and older. One of my favorite characters in this book is Mulch Diggums because he is very interesting and manages to eat the earth which helps him to secretly climb into other peoples house's. I would recommend reading this book first and then moving onto the Arctic incident. Try to read this book when your looking for a book it is really good and I think you will enjoy it.

This book was very enjoyable. There were some problems and most of them has solutions. I would rate this book 4out of 5 stars the reason being that I felt that Artemis should of also have another enemy to fight against. I agree with Tolu that there were some difficult words. I think this story was based on a adventure story but had some action In it. My favourite character was Artemis he had a strong and powerful personality. He could stand up to people two times the size of him. So that stands out to me. I think that kids should only be allowed to read this if they are 9 or above. So this book was great but not amazing.

I think that Artemis fowl is a very unpredictable boy because whenever something goes completely wrong you never know what he is going to do next! I would rate this book three out of five and the reason is that i do like this book a lot but it just isn't the kind of book that I would choose. But I do like all the twists and the way it is written because it is at one place and then it skips to another bit in the story and i find it interesting but confusing and really hard to remember all of it. I think my favourite part of the story is when the Mulch sprays out mud from his but and then butler is throne against the wall. I like that part because it was funny the way that they said it and i think it was very detailed. I would recommend this book to people that like mystery but also adventure! Even though this is not the book I would normally read I still liked it!

This book called Artemis Fowl written by Eoin Colfer was an excellent book even thought I was in India for half of the story. I would give this 4 out of 5 stars because most people have said that it is an 4 out of 5 stars. This story is all about a boy and a faerie who lives underground and her name is Holly. This was kind of a mystery book and this is a good book for ages 9 and above. One of the bad parts where when Artemis kidnapped the LEPrecon. You can go to this website and and look at other people's book review. This was a very good book for me because it was fun interesting and very mysterious. I would give Aremis Fowl four and a half out of five because it just needed that exstra little push sometimes. This is a good book for ages 9 and above to around 13. This book has a lot of things happening at a time, like when Artemis and butler want to steal the gold from the underground world and they Fairynap holly and mulch the guy who eats the mud and it shoots out of his backside, he ate and then pointed his backside on butlers face and trust me i did not want to be butler then. This book is filled with adventures and missions that will really want you to read more. There is also a couple of other books by Eoin Colfer.
